Key Responsibilities:
* High-Level Attendant Care Support: Provide personalized support services for clients with spinal cord injuries (SCI) and acquired brain injuries (ABI).
* Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with clients and their families through open and empathetic communication.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with a team of Care Managers to deliver exceptional care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Prior experience in providing attendant care support is highly valued.
* A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and current First Aid & CPR certificates are essential.
* A driver's licence and own vehicle are preferred, but not mandatory.
* A relevant disability qualification or equivalent is desirable, though not necessarily required.
