About the role
o Contribute to the design and delivery of annual enterprise-wide employee communication and channel strategy
o Develop and deliver content and channel management plans for employee experience departments.
o Design, develop and deliver communication plans that support change programs of work.
o Contribute to the design and implementation of employee experience communications resources and deliver education workshops to leaders across the RBA.
o Maintain close working relationships across Communications Department to ensure employee communications program (content and delivery) align with the wider department delivery roadmap to support broader RBA-wide activities.
o Improve and simplify access to information for all RBA employees.
o Identify opportunities to drive employee engagement through storytelling about our open and dynamic culture.
o Maintain internal communication tools, platforms and resources and lead maintenance of SOPs.
o Organise and deliver internal staff events.
About you
o Extensive experience developing and implementing strategic internal employee communications programs and employee experience campaigns
o Experience using multiple channels on behalf of an organisation
o Experience designing, executing and measuring the impact of internal events and campaigns
o Strong project management skills
o Strong stakeholder management skills
o Excellent written and verbal communications skills
o Ability to apply the data to the design of future campaigns
o Dynamic collaborator who thrives in a high paced environment
o Balances a team-first priority with self-driven motivation to deliver excellence
o Experience using Canva is essential
