Koste is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and grow our Commercial Tax Depreciation team. This role suits an experienced professional who combines strong technical capability with a genuine passion for client engagement, relationship building, and commercial advisory.

The role
This is a senior, client-facing position within our commercial division, offering real influence over delivery, relationships, and future growth.
You will:
• Lead the delivery of commercial tax depreciation schedules across a diverse range of assets
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and national partners
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with professional firms, developers, and asset owners
• Support and mentor team members within the commercial team
• Work on significant projects across Australia, with travel opportunities
• Contribute to the ongoing development of and our national construction cost database
• Help shape best practice and commercial strategy as the business scales
About you
• Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial tax depreciation experience
• Confident communicator who enjoys talking to clients and partners
• Comfortable in a relationship-driven, advisory role
• Commercially minded, with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond the report
