As an Enrolled Endorsed Nurse with Deekay Healthcare Services, you will provide high quality, person‑centred nursing care to female clients during day shifts. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse and within your AHPRA‑defined scope of practice, you will support clients to maintain their health, independence and dignity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing safe, evidence‑based nursing care within EEN scope of practice
* Assisting with medication administration and basic clinical procedures as delegated
* Delivering personal care and support with activities of daily living
* Monitoring and documenting clients’ health status, and promptly escalating any changes
* Following care plans, policies and infection prevention procedures
* Communicating professionally with clients, families and the care team
* Maintaining accurate, timely and confidential clinical records
