Content Producer - Videographer/Photographer (Part-time)

The Role.
As a Content Producer (Photographer, Videographer & Producer) at iD x Noisy Group, you bring stories to life through excellent ideas and well executed shoots, be it stills or video. This role is part time (2-4 days a week.) The Content Producer is a versatile specialist responsible for the end-to-end conceptualisation, capture, and post-production of high-quality visual content for social media (photography and videography). This role plays a critical part in translating strategic objectives and brand narratives into compelling visual assets that resonate across various digital and traditional platforms, supporting the overall marketing and communications goals of iD Collective x Noisy Beast.
You work across a variety of content—from reels to short-form social, brand campaigns and hype reels. Your role blends creativity, photography, videography and production supporting the content and team to deliver video and stills work that is both on-brand and performance-driven.
You will have the ability to produce smaller shoots alongside a Senior Producer, you are well connected.

What You'll Do.
- Photography Production: Leads and executes professional photoshoots primarily for social media, including but not limited to lifestyle, product, event, corporate, and campaign imagery. Manages all technical aspects from lighting and composition to capturing high-resolution RAW files.
- Videography Production: Plans, shoots, and directs high-quality video content for diverse applications (e.g., social media, website, long-form content, interviews, events, testimonials). Oversees pre-production (storyboarding, shot lists), on-set direction, advanced lighting techniques, and professional audio capture.
- Edits a wide variety of content including social assets, brand videos, interviews, case studies, and hype reels.
- Works across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other relevant editing tools.
- Supports post-production workflow including footage ingest, file management, versioning, and exporting.
- Selects and syncs audio, cuts footage, adds motion graphics and subtitles where required.
- Understands offline and online stages of editing and works closely with the Senior Producer to maintain post-production schedules
- Maintains asset libraries and supports archive and edit suite organisation.
- Applies platform best practice across different formats and durations.
Qualifications + Behaviours:
- 2-4+ years’ experience in Photography, Videography, post-production and/or content creation ideally within an agency or a demanding in-house marketing/brand team environment. A comprehensive and diverse portfolio is mandatory.
- Experience or a desire to learn about Production for shoots.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and video/audio formats.
- Expert-level operation of professional camera systems (eg. Sony Alpha/FX series, Blackmagic, RED etc..) and associated lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
- Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom and video/audio formats.
- Demonstrated knowledge of colour grading workflow and tools
- Comprehensive understanding of studio and natural lighting set ups, as well as professional sound recording.
- Has a strong understanding of standard export specifications for social platforms.
- Ability to conceptualise, plan and execute creative visual content. Experience in content creation and videography is a bonus
- Highly organised, exceptional project management and time management. Process meticulous attention to detail to ensure high quality, error free deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving project requirements, creative directions and feedback.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- A desire to work collaboratively, providing and receiving feedback effectively.
- Having a licence is a bonus!
