In this key role, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex behavioural. You'll also advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of people with disabilities to ensure they receive tailored supports that respect their unique needs and goals.

About You:
* Experience in complex behavioural support a must!
* Availability to work across a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, active nights and weekends
* Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
* Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
* Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others
* Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire
* Hold a current Drivers Licence and First Aid & CPR certificate
* Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements including a NDIS Worker Screening Check
