The Growth Marketing team is responsible for deploying our customer acquisition budget (CAC) across all online and offline marketing channels to meet our customer growth goals. With a focus on New Customer growth as their north star goal, the Growth team works in partnership with the local finance team to manage investment efficiency, while leveraging best practice learnings from our global counterparts.About the Role:This role sits within the Marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing, and has 1x direct report (with a view to expand the team over time). As the leader of the local Growth Marketing pod, you’ll be responsible for driving acquisition-focused initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, delivering against ambitious business goals including maximising marketing efficiency, improving reach, driving incrementally and optimising conversion across the funnel.A hands-on paid media expert, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of media buys and promotional campaigns to acquire new customers—bringing both strategic insight and executional excellence. A strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour and regional nuances will be key to success.You’ll combine analytical rigour with creative thinking—translating performance data into actionable insights while developing innovative, audience-first strategies to drive growth in priority markets.
