About the role
Be the first point of contact for our customers via phone and email.
Ensure that account notes are updated accurately to reflect all activity on a customer's account.
Provide excellent customer service at all times, striving to find the best possible solution for customers.
Work towards KPI's and goals to help drive the desired customer and business outcomes.
Collaborate with and contribute to a positive team.
