Are you a passionate and experienced Certificate III Educator looking to join a supportive, professional and well-established early learning service?
We are a locally owned, community-focused early childhood service on the Northern Beaches seeking a Certificate III qualified Educator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our team full time across 4 days per week.
We pride ourselves on operating above ratio, maintaining long-term staffing, and fostering a collaborative, positive team culture where educators are valued and supported.
You will work alongside a team of committed and driven educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that support children’s development, wellbeing and learning outcomes.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
* Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an early learning setting
* Is passionate about delivering a high-quality early childhood curriculum
* Demonstrates enthusiasm, motivation, professionalism, flexibility and reliability
* Is committed to ongoing professional development
* Works collaboratively within a supportive team environment
* Has experience documenting children’s learning through meaningful observations
* Has experience planning and implementing quality educational programs
* Has strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Regulations
* Builds and maintains professional relationships with families, children and colleagues
* Holds a current Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
