**About the role**:
The purpose of a Customer Experience Team Member is to understand the specific needs of each
customer, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure they experience excellent customer service. With a focus on effective communication, active listening and a dedication to continuous improvement, this role aims to elevate the overall customer experience and foster enduring relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls and promptly resolving customer inquiries
- Providing solutions to customers with a focus on one-stop service
- Conducting customer call-backs and managing communications.
- Providing technical support for Testing and Tagging Services products
- Communicate with customers regarding their Calibration/Repairs
- Follow up students for outstanding testers needs.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction
- Proactively addressing any customer concerns or issues
- Attending meetings and contributing to team initiatives
**About You**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of technical support and customer relationship management systems is a bonus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for process improvement
