The Customer Service Operator is focused on operating and maintaining the systems that support customers' interactions with the company. A rewarding role that is significantly more than frontline customer service.
This is a full‑time ongoing position based at our Deniliquin office.
About the role
* Operating our water‑trading platforms and systems including document processing
* Administrative functions to maintain customers' water accounts and conveyancing requirements
* Utilizing a range of software systems to respond to customer enquiries
* Working through processes and problem‑solving customer enquiries
* Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes for customers
