The Role
Our client is looking to secure a Senior Architecture Analyst. This is a pivotal role within a major long term transformation program through innovative digital technologies.
As a key member of the Architecture team, you will support the delivery of a 10-year strategy designed to create a world-class, integrated system. You will work in a collaborative, cross functional environment to ensure technical solutions empower both users and the community.
Key Responsibilities
Artefact Development: Contribute to technical architecture, system designs, and specifications.Procurement Support: Assist in gathering functional and technical requirements for tenders and procurement activities.Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively identify and manage stakeholder relationships to build trust and ensure alignment.Workshop Facilitation: Plan and lead online collaborative workshops (using tools like Miro) to conduct root cause analysis and solve complex problems.Continuous Improvement: Help evolve the team's ways of working and share knowledge through pair-work and collaboration.
Required Skills And Experience
Technical Expertise: Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a technical business analyst within IT, including deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and solution architecture.Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to articulately challenge the status quo to co-create solutions.Relevant Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Information Management or Business Management.Tools: Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Miro) and familiarity with project management/Kanban tooling.Familiarity with Lean IX or similar Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) platforms (highly desirable).Professional certifications such as IIBA or PMI-PBA (highly desirable).
