Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Key Selection Criteria
Successful candidate will demonstrate the best combination of the following characteristics;
* Demonstrated experience in a marketing, communications or related role, with an understanding of marketing principles, branding and relevant legislation (including advertising standards and privacy requirements).
* Highly developed organisation and coordination skills together with demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities and work concurrently across multiple campaigns and projects.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and strong client liaison skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, courteously and confidentially with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print and promotional activities.
* Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content, including copywriting, basic graphic or digital assets and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse marketing performance and metrics, identify trends and apply insights to improve campaign effectiveness and engagement.
* Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team, with demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Competent skills include competency in the use of the Google Suite and experience using marketing related software such as CapCut Pro, Indesign, Photoshop, social media platforms, email marketing tools and content management systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing print and digital marketing campaigns for property listings and brand awareness
* Running our social media and email marketing platforms
* Design in-house marketing materials supported by Ray White Branding.
* Capture and edit video and photography content
* Event Promotion and coordination
* Support day-to-day marketing administration
Desirable Skills & Experience
(Preferred, but not essential - we value enthusiasm and potential)
* Experience in visual/graphic design
* Background in marketing or digital content creation
* Skills in photography and videography
