Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia.Key Responsibilities:Providing a professional and confidential reception service for the Premier, Ministers, and visitors during Cabinet and Sub-Committee meetingsPreparing and distributing Cabinet files and submissions in accordance with the agendaManaging the distribution and tracking of Cabinet documents and decisionsResponding to queries from Ministerial offices and government agenciesSetting up the Cabinet room, including stationery and catering arrangementsMaintaining Cabinet decision records and official filesProcessing office accounts and maintaining databasesSupporting Cabinet Sub-Committee documentation and State Government board appointmentsPerforming other administrative duties as requiredEssential Requirements:Previous Government experience is a MUSTStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising at senior levelsStrong reliability and commitmentExcellent administrative and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and operate independentlyProven ability to handle sensitive and confidential materialTeam-oriented mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office, accurate keyboard skills, and accounts processingA current C Class WA driver's licenceCurrent valid NPC or ability to obtain oneDue to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion.
