Business Development Manager - Insurance Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our SME client base, providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse mix of insurance needs including Package, Property, Liability, Commercial Motor, Fleet, Financial Lines, and Retail.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
* Maintain high compliance standards with professionalism and ease.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Experience in commercial insurance or transferrable skills from related fields such as client/portfolio manager, law, banking/financial services, mortgage or finance broking.
* Tier 1 or Diploma qualifications in Insurance Broking are desirable – however, training and qualifications will be provided as required, with completion obligatory.
* A strong drive for business development and a commitment to achieving results.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
