We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as a Delivery Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery within the SEO RSP Experience & Simplicity Value Stream. A bit about your role This team is an autonomous team delivering ongoing IT change following scaled agile practices. The RSP Experience & Simplicity Value Stream supports business processes aligned to the Customer & Products business organisation. This role involves the facilitation of the Value Streams’ major events and processes, including supporting the organisation configuration of the Value Stream, standardising and documenting practises, management of external dependencies and risks, help to ensure value delivery, and help drive continuous improvement. This role also participates in scaled agile/lean transformation and coaching leaders, teams in new processes and mindsets. A bit about you The ideal candidate is an individual who has a strong background in scaled agile practises ideally coming from a scrum master and release train engineer background or previous experience as a Delivery Manager. Specific knowledge on organisation and project management and domain/process knowledge in Telco areas such as sales, marketing, activation, assurance and an understanding for RSP interactions may also be required. In the context of these responsibilities the Delivery Manager is a key contributor the creation of a high performing culture in which we do great work - a fearless and energetic team member that takes risks and delivers what’s promised and possesses the curiosity and drive to develop additional skills to ensure team success.
