As a Family Services Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering casework as part of the North Central Victoria Family Services Alliance. Your focus will be on providing direct case management to families, empowering them and strengthening their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver child-centered, family-focused case management that enhances family resilience and community cohesion.

* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including government agencies and community organizations, to drive improvements in systems and practice.

* Build strategic partnerships to support vulnerable groups, including people with disabilities, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

* Contribute to program innovation and development, adapting to evolving community needs.

This is a full-time fixed-term opportunity based in Bendigo. The position reports to the Integrated Family Services Coordinator.
