About the Role
A highly skilled Ecommerce Specialist is required to drive online sales and customer experience across Australia and New Zealand markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, and website analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation and execution of a three-year e-commerce strategy for optimized online sales and customer experience.
* Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing calendar, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
* Enhance the customer journey and maximize conversion rates through UX improvements and seamless navigation.
* Implement strategies that strengthen retention, increase repeat purchases, and build a loyal consumer base.
* Plan and implement data-driven email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and revenue.
What You Will Bring:
* 3 to 5 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
* Proficiency in using eCommerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, Klaviyo, CRO tools).
* Understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Understanding of consumer journeys and digital marketing strategies.
