Position
This coastal GP / Rural Generalist role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, well-resourced rural practice with strong links to the local hospital. The position provides a blend of general practice and hospital on-call responsibilities through a rotating roster, allowing for meaningful clinical variety. Essential Criteria
General or Specialist Registration with AHPRA
ALS2 (or equivalent) emergency medicine certification
Experience in rural general practice and/or emergency care
Interest in rural generalism and flexible, community-focused practice

Practice Overview
This fully accredited, universal bulk-billing practice provides high-quality general practice services supported by experienced nurses, administrative staff, and a strong allied health network. The clinic operates standard weekday hours, with GPs participating in a rotating on-call roster for hospital coverage. Support services include daily on-site pathology, local x-ray capacity, visiting specialists, Best Practice software, and an excellent chronic disease management program. Attractive incentives are available, including accommodation, a guaranteed daily on-call rate, Rural Medical Practitioner payments, and eligibility for RVTS, ACRRM Independent Pathway, WIP, and Rural Procedural Grants.
