We seek a dedicated and empathetic Care Support Specialist to provide exceptional care services in Orange, NSW.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate compassion and respect towards clients, and build meaningful relationships.
* Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, and household chores.
* Support clients with daily errands, companionship, and emotional well-being.
* Offer assistance with educational, social, or recreational activities that promote client engagement.
* Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and administer medications as required.
* Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to relevant authorities.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities:
