The Role Handle all inbound and outbound calls in accordance with service standards Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations daily Manage client and external stakeholder expectations Liaise with accounts to set up new suppliers, subcontractors, and customers Coordinate office amenities and supplies for staff Perform general administrative activities to support projects as needed Skills and Experience Our client seeks someone with prior experience in a contact centre environment or customer service.
