The Lecturer (Education-Focused) is expected to significantly contribute to teaching and learning within Monash Online and is on a trajectory towards leadership in educational design and delivery. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, active asynchronous and synchronous learning materials that enhance workforce capabilities. You will also lead the implementation of programs to high standards, demonstrating professional organization skills and achieving quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background or substantial relevant skills and work experience. Qualifications and/or experience recognized by the University as appropriate for the discipline are required.
