The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Production Administration Officer to join the Mining Pro team. This is a great opportunity in a full-time position and have potential long-term career growth.
* $2000 sign on bonus
* 7/7 Roster – Day shift only
* Full-time position with annual and personal leave
Key Responsibilities
* Data entry and high-level administration tasks
* Coordinate and prioritise incoming communications and tasks, including emails, phone calls and correspondence
* Prepare and distribute production reports, return to work presentations and prestart presentations
* Manage ordering and invoicing requirements
* Coordinate and manage site vehicles and maintenance requirements
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience in a similar role – experience in a production mining environment highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organised approach to work with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Valid Australian Driver Licence
