In the role of Retail Customer Executive, you will join the Retail team that's doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Responsibilities
* Role model customer relationships and influence customer advocacy
* Deliver Retail performance goals
* Lead the mastery across the Central Victoria area of our consistent way of working – the 'Future of Retail'
* Display your professional performance edge and continue to foster growth through proactive coaching and broader engagement across the community
* Growing business, including our home lending portfolio
* Ensure that our customers and colleagues are protected and safe through excellent risk management, ensure that a risk and compliance culture is embedded in the business
* Lead year‐on‐year revenue growth, business profitability and main bank / product penetration
Qualifications
* Significant Retail leadership experience, ideally gained in a 'Leader of Leaders' role within banking
* Proven Business Development experience.
* Proven ability to influence and inspire a team to achieve outcomes – including commercial success
* Experience of leading a customer‐focused distribution business in a competitive customer environment
* A true 'Passion for Customers' and 'Win Together' mindset
* An ability to articulate your past strategies, key successes and professional learning opportunities
* Ambition, focus, drive and charisma!
* The will and ability to travel across our Central Victoria branches is essential
