What you'll be doing
If you live local, you might know our Bunbury Early LearningCentre in Glen Iris, nestled close to the beach? At the start ofyour day, you'll walk pass our award-winning nature escapeincluding a veggie patch, catch up with your fabulous colleagues(& your favourite little ones), thriving with play andlearning. You'll be encouraging them to grow socially,emotionally while instilling a love for learning, whilstdeveloping programs that meet the needs and reflects theinterest of your special individuals. You'll promote our'School ReadY' program to your team of educators,manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children andfamilies. At the end of your shift, you'll walk out the door(still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop inbody, mind, and spirit.
You'll be great in this role if you...
Have a degree in Early Childhood Education, or anequivalent qualification
Have or can obtain a Teachers registration with theTRBWA
Are very passionate about early years education within anEarly Learning Centre environment
Stand proud of your array of effective learning programs(ideally for 0 to 5 year olds) you've launched in yourcareer.
Understand National Education and Care Services Regulations****, NQF & EYLF
Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, NationalPolice Clearance and Working with Children check
