An established global biopharmaceutical organization is seeking a
highly organized, proactive Sales & Marketing Associate
to join their North Sydney team on a
12-month contract

About the Role
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting administrative, compliance, and operational tasks across the business. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values professionalism, accuracy, and a positive "can-do" attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit
Medicines Australia compliance reports
Collate and submit
Event data
via
Veeva Events
Support
invoice management
, ensuring timely processing
Co-ordinate
contracting
and engage with suppliers as required
Provide
administrative support
to Commercial & Medical Affairs, including event logistics
Oversee
website updates
and basic content management
Handle
general office and administrative tasks
to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
Professionalism

and accuracy in all tasks
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Prior administrative experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry is preferred.
