* Champion coaching and mentoring, guest and team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations
* Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives
We're looking for someone with great hospitality leadership and operational experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll have contagious passion for the guest experience and be able to inspire, coach, and develop your team. Holding current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications according to state requirements is a must.
