Each of the platforms within BookFlowGo are autonomous, delivering mission-critical tech across the globe. We are now seeking a Customer Success Lead to ensure our strategic growth, strengthen existing partnerships, and expand our presence in key markets.

The Role:
In this role, you will serve as the face of BookFlowGo across Australia and New Zealand, with full responsibility for the region's strategic growth, customer success, and operational execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends business development, key account management, and implementation oversight.
You will be accountable for expanding our footprint by deepening relationships with existing customers, unlocking new revenue streams, and opening doors to new partnerships. You will drive regional growth by identifying and converting opportunities, leading commercial negotiations, and influencing stakeholders at all levels - both internally and externally.
Crucially, you must be comfortable getting into the operational detail. You will need to be a product expert. You'll work closely with Service Delivery, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure smooth go-lives, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Your experience in B2B enterprise solutions, market expansion, and commercial strategy will be key to optimising customer throughput and capacity across the region. As a senior leader, your input will shape BookFlowGo's global approach while ensuring we stay tightly aligned with the unique dynamics of the ANZ market.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, with accountability for growing BookFlowGo's presence and performance across Australia and New Zealand. Your responsibilities will include:
* Regional Ownership: Take full ownership of BookFlowGo's ANZ interests - leading growth, commercial outcomes, partner success, and operational excellence
* Strategic Relationship Building: Develop deep, trust-based relationships with airports, parking providers, and key industry stakeholders, acting as the regional face of BookFlowGo
* Commercial Growth & Deal Conversion: Identify, shape, and close new business opportunities - turning early interest into trials, contracts, and long-term partnerships
* Proposal & Tender Leadership: Own the end-to-end process for RFPs, tenders, and proposals, ensuring compelling, tailored responses that align with customer and market needs
* Implementation Oversight: Lead new partner implementations from contract through go-live and beyond, ensuring smooth handovers, stakeholder alignment, and measurable impact
* Operational Integration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure operational success - getting into the detail during launches, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery
* Product Insight & Advocacy: Champion the BookFlowGo platform in-market, while providing structured feedback and insights to influence product evolution
* Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across Product, Service Delivery, and Business Development to ensure aligned execution and customer satisfaction
* The role will require frequent travel to clients and customers across the area
Skills and Experience:
* Proven commercial leadership in a hybrid Account Management / Business Development / Project Management role, ideally within the Airport, Parking, or SaaS sectors
* Demonstrated ability to own a region or market, drive revenue growth, and build high-value strategic partnerships
* Track record of leading complex enterprise deals from pitch through negotiation to implementation and renewal
* Experience working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Service Delivery, with a clear understanding of go-live readiness and customer onboarding
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and commercial acumen - able to assess market dynamics, customer ROI, and business case development
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level stakeholders
* Deep understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise technology, with the ability to translate customer needs into product feedback and influence roadmap decisions
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple initiatives across different time zones and stakeholders
