Private Practice | Children & Adults | Short-Term Contract
We are currently working with a well-established private practice in Darwin that is seeking an experienced Locum Occupational Therapist to provide short-term cover.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working across both paediatric and adult caseloads, while experiencing life in Australia's Top End.
About the Role:
* Locum Occupational Therapist role in a private practice setting
* Mixed caseload across children and adults
* Work across clinic-based and community appointments
* Supportive multidisciplinary team and structured handover
* Flexible contract length (typically min 2-3 months)
What You'll Be Doing:
* Paediatric assessments and therapy (developmental delay, sensory processing, functional skills)
* Adult OT services including functional assessments and rehabilitation
* Report writing and client goal planning
* Liaising with families, carers, and other health professionals
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Occupational Therapist
* AHPRA registration (or in progress)
* Experience working with paediatric and adult clients
* Strong communication and time-management skills
* Locum or contract experience preferred but not essential
