Reception and Communication
Open the gates at designated times
Contact and welcome late parents
Ensure lateness slips (AES) are signed
Direct parents as needed
Handle incoming phone calls
Distribute school communications
Safety
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols
Skills and Experiences:

Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in reception, front office, or administrative support (experience in a school environment is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional manner
Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping (e.g., lateness slips, attendance)
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges
Knowledge of safety and security procedures (or willingness to be trained)
Bilingual (French/English) is highly desirable in an international school context
