Key Responsibilities
* Support the team in supervising service teams and shift operations.
* Assist with menu planning and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
* Lead by example during peak service periods, providing hands‐on support to servers and hosts.
* Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with local laws and company policies.
* Manage inventory, staffing levels, and operational budgets to meet financial goals.
* Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
* Coach and train team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
