We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pastry Cook to join our dynamic production team at our Ravenhall facility.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for pastry, a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of pastries and desserts to meet production targets
•Follow and refine recipes to ensure consistency and quality across batches
•Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
•Ensure all products meet food safety and hygiene standards
•Operate kitchen equipment
•Clean up and maintenance of the kitchen area
•Monitoring & promoting kitchen hygiene & safety practices
Proven experience as a pastry cook or baker, ideally in a commercial or high-output kitchen
•Knowledge of Indian sweets or savoury pastries is highly desirable
•Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent qualification (preferred) or years work experience in same occupation.
