What You’ll Be Doing Lead all aspects of supply planning across the Selleys portfolio Manage and develop a team of Purchasing Officers Drive service outcomes while balancing inventory, cost, and capacity Work closely with factory schedulers to maximise production output Identify and manage out‑of‑stock risks, SLOBs, and stock ageing Partner with Sales & Marketing on NPD launches and lifecycle decisions Develop and enhance Power BI and supply chain reporting Engage with suppliers to manage service levels and lead times Our Benefits Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs Exclusive discounts on DuluxGroup products and partner offers Stay active anytime, anywhere through our partnership with Fitness Passport 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks partner leave from day one Market leading learning, development and career pathways Access to our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support Recognition programs that celebrate your impact What We’re Looking for Proven experience in supply planning, purchasing, or supply chain leadership Strong working knowledge of SAP (master data, capacity planning, inventory) Experience managing inventory, MOQ’s, safety stock, and service levels Demonstrated people leadership experience Advanced Excel skills and exposure to Power BI or similar tools Commercial mindset with the ability to balance cost vs service Strong stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional collaboration skills Why Join Us?
