About the Role:
As a Customer Service Officer at BASF Australia, you'll be the frontline hero providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers. From addressing enquiries to processing orders and resolving concerns, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining robust customer relationships. Your dedication to delivering exceptional service will directly contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and samples efficiently using SAP, ensuring seamless transactions
- Manage backorders and exceptions
- Proactively communicate with customers about order status, product availability, and delivery tracking, strengthening relationships
- Address customer complaints through our Non-Conformance Management System (NCM), ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Account Managers and Supply Chain to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in SAP highly desirable or other ERP systems knowledge
- High attention to detail with sense of urgency
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
