About the Role:
* Oversee the delivery of 295 architecturally designed homes on a large-scale construction site.
* Lead an on-site team consisting of labourers, plant operators, and tradespeople, with support provided as necessary.
* Utilize project management tools such as Onsite Companion for scheduling and coordination purposes.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a trade qualification in carpentry or a related field.
* Possess a valid QBCC Supervisor License.
* Demonstrate proven experience in production/volume residential construction.
* Exhibit strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
* Display a commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS) and possess relevant knowledge.
* Be proficient in project management and have confidence using construction software.
* Hold a valid driver's license.
* Embody a proactive, hands-on approach, leading by example.
