Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate PC-related problems via phone, on-site, or using administration tools

* Manage incident tickets and suggest hardware replacements or program changes to resolve software issues

* Contribute innovative ideas for technical solutions, test, and install after new releases

* Provide clear and concise reporting of technical errors or escalations to specialist teams or management

* Packaging/installing client software and hardware kitting, PC setup (image cloning)

Requirements:

* Experience in a similar IT support role in a large corporate environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Office suites, Cisco, ITIL, and Apple products

* Ability to troubleshoot Video Conferencing across Zoom, Teams, and Webex
">
* Valid driver's license and own transportation
