As our sales team grows, we are looking for a professional administrator with strong organizational ability and knowledge of trust accounting or real estate contracts to support our operations.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys problem solving, and takes pride in accuracy. Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and processing sales documentation
* Contract administration from listing → settlement
* Trust account data entry & reconciliations
* Preparing invoices & receipting deposits
* Liaising with solicitors/conveyancers, vendors & buyers
* Database & CRM maintenance
* Supporting Sales Director and agents with daily admin tasks
You Will Bring
* Experience in real estate admin, trust accounting (preferred)
* Strong attention to detail
* Professional communication & time management
* Ability to work independently
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft tools
* Positive, team-focused attitude
