Our mission is to increase the lifespan of dogs and cats.The RoleLyka's Partnerships team is expanding and we're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our Professional Affiliates Partnerships channel.
This role will manage a diverse portfolio of Lyka's partners across Breeder, Behaviourist, and broader Pet Professional sub-channels.What you'll doBuild and nurture strong relationships with existing partners across Breeder, Behaviourist, and other Pet Professional channels.Develop and execute tailored engagement plans for your partner portfolio, prioritising high-impact activities that drive referrals and deepen brand advocacy.Proactively identify and test new growth initiatives to improve partner performance, using a test-and-learn mindset to iterate quickly.Conduct regular analysis and reporting on partner performance to uncover trends, measure success, and share insights that guide engagement strategy & planning.Own portfolio KPIs — driving acquisitions, retention and supporting onboarding of new inbound Behaviourist leads where needed.Create and refine communication assets and toolkits that help partners promote Lyka confidently and effectively.Contribute to the design and automation of scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.Act as the key point of contact for partner enquiries and escalations, resolving issues quickly.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Growth, Strategy & Ops, Product, and Customer Care to deliver a seamless partner experience.Requirements2+ years' experience in either Account Management, Inside Sales or Channel Partnerships, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment (e.g. SaaS, or start-up).
Proven ability to build and grow long-term relationships while achieving ambitious performance targets.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing engagement plans, prioritising high-impact actions that drive measurable results.
Strong commercial acumen — you understand how to identify growth opportunities, upsell, and drive revenue through data-led insights.
Experience using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to manage relationships, track activity, and report outcomes.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills — confident working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable initiatives.
You are self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to plan out your time to maximise results; you're also comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and happy to adapt to new situations.
