* This position is responsible for assisting the Quality Risk & Compliance Manager in the promotion of Quality across the organisation. You will be working closely with the QRC Manager and the Facility Manager in a manner which reflects best practice in quality management (specific to Aged Care).
* The Continuous Improvement of quality outcomes for residents, serves as the key driver for this role.
* The Quality Officer will be assisting the Quality Manager in efficient collection and analysis of, data related to:
* Incidents (Incident Management)
* Complaints (Open Disclosure)
* Audits & Surveys
* Continuous Improvements
* Resident Representation
* Risk (including WHS & Workcover)
* Resident Participation
* Feedback with recommendations
