This role suits a self-sufficient, solutions-focused engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team and is confident engaging with clients to shape practical, fit-for-purpose outcomes.Responsibilities Develop and optimise process flowsheets for greenfield and brownfield gold projects Complete trade-off studies, mass balances, simulations, and equipment datasheets Prepare cost estimates and support procurement, construction, and commissioning Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and mentor junior team members Work closely with clients to deliver technical solutions aligned to their goals About You Degree-qualified in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering 7+ years' experience in mineral processing, with a focus on gold Prior EPC/EPCM or consulting background preferred Site-based or operational plant experience highly valued Able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach to engineering delivery Why Join?
