Responsibilities Act as an effective support conduit between on-site Residential Managers, other General Managers and Support Service functions.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to manage change.
Drive achievement of all residential compliance standards such as Accreditation, WHS and Hospitality Standards.
Lead projects / Support sites throughout the regions.
Consistently demonstrate and role‑model a high performance, outcome‑focused approach.
Maximise revenue (AN-ACC) and minimise costs.
Develop, coordinate and implement each home's training and development.
Develop and maintain an effective, empowered and efficient team to meet the key result areas of the For Purpose Aged Care strategic plan.
Qualifications Experience in a similar multi‑site role.
Residential Management experience in the aged care industry and familiarity with the regulatory framework.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting the aged care sector.
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff.
Highly developed leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to act as a positive role model for staff.
Strong planning, time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
Ability to provide staff training, mentoring and coaching.
High level interpersonal, written, presentation and negotiation skills including ability to liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to embrace technology.
Current AHPRA registration (RN) (ideal but not essential).
