We're looking for a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join our Offline & In-store Marketing Team.
Job Description:
1 – Retail Sales & Store Experience
Lead offline brand strategy to increase traffic, engagement & achieve sales targets across Joviality stores.
Optimize the customer journey in-store through visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and brand-consistent displays.
Collaborate closely with the retail sales team to design and execute in-market promotions that boost conversion.
Ensure brand identity is consistently represented in impactful visual merchandising, point-of-sale materials, and packaging.
2 – Partner Stores & POSM
Develop and deploy POSM strategies in hypermarkets, pharmacies, and partner retail stores (FSUs, countertop displays, stands, gondolas, shelf branding).
Ensure all executions are brand-aligned, impactful, and maximize visibility to drive sell-out.
Monitor performance and continuously improve execution to strengthen Joviality's presence in partner channels.
3 – Offline Marketing & Brand Activations
Develop and manage on-ground brand activations, events, and sampling programs that bring Joviality's values to life and generate measurable impact on traffic and sales.
Create compelling marketing materials and offline collateral (brochures, kits, stands, gifting elements) that reflect our brand identity and storytelling.
Integrate offline events and activations into Brand Master Plan, ensuring they generate buzz and translate into awareness, loyalty, and sales.
Monitor offline campaign effectiveness, in-store performance, and customer engagement through KPIs such as footfall, sales uplift, and brand visibility.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in brand, retail, or trade marketing (beauty/FMCG is a plus).
Proven track record in driving offline sales growth through retail marketing, POSM, and activations.
Strong eye for visuals and experience managing creative production with excellence.
