Integration Engineer - Workato or Boomi Specialist
Are you an experienced Integration Engineer who thrives in enterprise environments and wants to own integration end-to-end? We are looking for a senior generalist with deep expertise in Workato or Boomi, plus strong knowledge across other modern integration tools and cloud platforms.
This is a hands-on, senior role where you'll design, implement, and support integration solutions that keep business systems connected and secure. You'll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure stable, scalable, and well-governed integration services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience with Workato OR Boomi (essential)
* Broad integration background, ideally with:
* MuleSoft
* AWS or Azure integration services
* API frameworks, ETL, and RPA tools (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate)
* Strong operational experience supporting enterprise integrations (incident management, monitoring, lifecycle management)
* Hands-on skills in API development, integration patterns, and automation
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
* Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and drive continuous improvement
What you'll do
* Own day-to-day operational support of integration platforms and APIs
* Design and deliver secure, reusable, and scalable integration components
* Monitor, maintain, and improve integration performance and reliability
* Partner with application owners, product teams, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
* Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data standards
* Contribute to integration frameworks, standards, and best practices
