About the Role
- Provide one-on-one workplace support to help participants build confidence and achieve job independence
- Assist clients to understand their employment related duties and improve efficiencies
- Support allocated clients by building positive working relationships, guiding them to understand their duties and succeed in their roles
- Be available to clients during their shifts by observing, listening and supporting the client to obtain a successful outcome
- Communicate effectively to advocate for CBS Inc. and your clients in their workplace
- Build positive relationships with client’s employer, team members and stakeholders
- Use initiative and problem-solving skills to assist clients to maintain their employment
- Administration and basic computer skills to accurately record case notes
- Collaborate with and support client’s case managers
- Occasional office supports
- Meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Position Requirements
- Current Australian Driver's Licence – P2 minimum (essential)
- Meet the current COVID-19 Vaccine requirement – medical exemption acceptable (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant NDIS / DHS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
