We build the capability of thousands of leaders, teachers, and educators each year through accredited training, blended learning, coaching & mentoring programs, and networking events.
The opportunity
Gowrie has been selected at the provisional provider of two new early learning services in Geelong as part of the Victorian Government's Kindergarten on School Sites program.
Co-located with Oberon Primary School and Grovedale Primary School, our two recent services will provide free sessional kindergarten for 3–4-year-olds in ****.
This expansion allows us to provide high-quality early learning to more children and families in the Geelong community and to build strong and lasting relationships with children, families, schools, and the local early childhood community.
We're looking for two Kindergarten Managers to join our team in ensuring the success of these new services.
The Kindergarten Manager will act as Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, alongside their role as a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT).
You'll bring experience in a leadership role within the early childhood sector, alongside current VIT registration and recent teaching experience.
You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of ECTs and educators in developing and implementing a high-quality pedagogical program with responsibility for compliance, people management and enrolments at the service.
At Gowrie, our strength is our culture.
It is built on a foundation of genuine curiosity.
We encourage our people to ask questions, be reflective and bring their authentic selves to work.
