Solution Architect – Large-Scale Transformation Project We're on the lookout for an experienced Solution Architect to lead a major technical transformation initiative for one of our key clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established architecture team and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term technology strategies that align with evolving business needs and emerging technologies. You’ll help define strategic roadmaps, ensure solution alignment, and deliver tangible business value. Strong expertise in system integration, event streaming (Kafka), and real-time systems will be crucial to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Define solution architecture across internal/external systems, websites, and applications. Translate business requirements into scalable, practical technical solutions. Lead architecture for high-performance, event-driven systems using Kafka or similar platforms. Drive integration strategies and manage the end-to-end API lifecycle. Contribute to technology roadmaps and long-term strategy planning. Collaborate across digital, loyalty, retail, marketing, sales, and payments domains. What We're Looking For: 4 years of experience in technology strategy and solution architecture within medium to enterprise environments. Proven experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms. Deep knowledge of system integration and API design/management. Hands-on experience with AWS. Familiarity with full solution lifecycles – from concept to delivery and ongoing support. Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate technical solutions in a commercial context. Experience within customer-facing business areas such as digital, loyalty, retail, and marketing is highly valued.
