Administration Leadership Role

A seasoned professional is sought to lead and manage a centralised administration team, providing administrative support to achieve organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multi-skilled team towards optimal service delivery and outcomes. They will also possess advanced information technology skills and experience with high-level data entry accuracy.

The role involves developing and implementing effective administrative procedures and policies to enhance service efficiency. The Administration Supervisor will also be responsible for leading and managing an administrative team, ensuring maximisation and efficient use of human workforce resources.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage an administrative team, ensuring maximisation and efficient use of human workforce resources.
* Develop and implement effective administrative procedures and policies to enhance service efficiency.
* Provide expert advice on information technology, billing practices and clinical information management systems to ensure optimal service delivery.

Requirements:

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a multi-skilled team.
* Advanced information technology skills and experience with high-level data entry accuracy.
* Proven recent experience effectively developing and managing extensive filing systems in accordance with mandatory guidelines.
* Proven recent experience of online requisitioning, rostering and payroll systems.
