Design Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned design professional to join our team as a Design Lead. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a talented group of designers, fostering their growth and driving the collective success of the team.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Champion our brand's visual identity across all marketing channels, creating compelling assets that captivate our audience.
* Maintain and evolve the TripADeal brand guidelines in collaboration with the Creative Manager, ensuring our visual language remains fresh, relevant and consistently applied.
* Translate complex business objectives and stakeholder needs into elegant and effective design solutions, moving beyond pure aesthetics to solve core challenges.
About the Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in a studio, agency or in-house environment, consistently producing high-quality print, video, animation and digital collateral.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication or a related discipline.
* Exceptional client service and stakeholder management skills (internal and external).
