Your new company
I'm partnering with a well‑established, highly respected Gold Coast builder that has established their reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, architectural detail, and a genuine client‑focused approach. While they aren't known for high-volume builds or large-scale Highrise projects, they are widely recognised for the quality, precision and finish in every build they produce and are responsible for some of the most prestigious builds on the Coast.
This is a close‑knit, collaborative team that values honesty, communication and long-term relationships, both internally and with their trusted subcontractor network. With demand continuing to grow, they're now looking to bring on a Senior Estimator who can not only take ownership of the estimating function but also play a key role in developing and mentoring a growing team around them.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record estimating Highend residential and preferably some multi-storey apartments. We would prefer you to have some local market experience, but we are open to looking at estimators wanting to relocate. Australian market experience is essential as this is a senior role and some knowledge of local pricing and legislation is essential.
