Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Joiner / Cabinet Maker / Shop Fitter Site Installers to join our team.
Based out of our Northgate factory you will take ownership of site based tasks including check measures and installation including defect closeout across landmark projects spanning education, commercial fit-outs, hospitality venues and luxury apartments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and execute your assigned installations across commercial, retail and specialty fit-out projects (occasional night and weekend work may be required).
2. Engage proactively with client site managers and project managers to ensure positive outcomes and seamless execution.
3. Ensure high-quality results, coordinating seamlessly with other trades and actively contributing as a collaborative team player.
4. Interpret architectural and shop drawings, along with installation plans, to achieve accurate and efficient installation processes.
5. Maintain all tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) and uphold rigorous WHS and quality-control standards at all times.

About You
* Minimum 5 years' experience in joinery/cabinetry installation or commercial fit-outs (shopfitting, retail or similar).
* Proven ability to lead by example, coordinate workflow and deliver work efficiently to high standards.
* Strong attention to detail, accurate with measurements and committed to exceptional craftsmanship.
* Positive, reliable, and professional with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements
* Construction White Card
* Current Class C manual driver's licence
* Full install tool kit (hand / power tools)
* Certificate III in Cabinet Making, Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent trade qualification or experience.
* Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident or valid work visa).
